Tempest Restoration provide a comprehensive thermal imaging leak detection service, we have over 15 years experience in dealing with a vast range of leak detection, trace and access incidents supplying insurers, loss adjusters, homeowners, builders and plumbers with a complete service to detect the leak which can often originate from another area that is often hidden within the building structure.
To trace a leak we use a thermal imaging camera which provides precise analysis and reliable documentation, this system operates by searching for differentials in surface temperatures by detecting different temperatures this shows the exact location of the leak. The camera can also identify leaks from buried pipes.
Once leaks have been traced Tempest Restoration technicians provide a restoration schedule to enable the property to be returned to its pre-incident condition with minimum disruption.

Having suffered a very large water damage claim in our house in late December Tempest Restoration were first on the scene to help us through the claim, cleaned up the mess, electrician called to make the electrics safe and drying equipment was installed, the team arrived at 8pm and worked late and just got on with the job, they reassured us and were very sympathetic in this most distressing time.
