Here at Tempest Restoration we take a great deal of pride in the amount of training time we allocate to our technicians.
Bill Lakin is our Training and Development Director who has been in the industry some 30+ years and has travelled the globe developing and delivering the correct techniques in this remediation industry.
This is why the training suite was built when we moved to the new head office in East Anglia, so this is the hub of which everyone travels to in order to gain the best training the UK has to offer.
Branch technicians and directors all undergo a 3 week intensive induction and comprehensive training programme. This is then followed by a one week induction part two to accredit each technician to a high standard of both technical and practical ability. Our training is then developed to follow a 'ladder of learning' that will see all branch directors become certified restorers.
